LaTasha D. D. Crutcher is the Founder and Principal of Crutcher Vision, LLC, where she combines her backgrounds in law, real estate development, professional writing, and strategic consulting to create impactful, community-centered solutions. Her work is driven by a passion for equitable development, affordable housing, and empowering organizations that seek to create lasting social change.
LaTasha earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, where she developed a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and policy. She later earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University, followed by a second Master of Science degree in Professional Writing from NYU, further strengthening her expertise in strategic communication, storytelling, and development strategy.
Professionally, LaTasha has extensive experience in property management, affordable housing compliance, and community development initiatives. Her career has included overseeing multifamily housing operations, navigating complex housing regulations, and contributing to projects designed to expand access to quality housing opportunities. Through Crutcher Vision, she has expanded that expertise into consulting, development planning, grant strategy, and organizational support services for businesses and nonprofits alike.
In addition to her professional work, LaTasha is deeply committed to community impact. She is also connected to initiatives focused on youth empowerment, family support, and educational opportunity, with a particular interest in creating pathways that strengthen underserved communities.
